Elsevier's Health Panel is open to all healthcare professionals and students. We're keen to hear from anyone working or studying within the healthcare industry whether or not you currently use Elsevier products and services.
How often will I receive surveys?
You will be given regular opportunities to take part in surveys which are relevant to you.
How does the credit system work?
Every time you complete a survey from the Health Panel, you will be awarded a number of points (from 100 to 500). The number of credits will be clearly publicised on the survey invitation email and you'll be able to see your credit total via the 'My Gifts' area of the website.
Once you have reached 500 points, we'll contact you to let you know that you are eligible for a £5/€5/$5 Amazon voucher. You will be able to log in to your account to redeem any vouchers you have earned. Your voucher will be sent to the email address you have registered and is our way of saying thank you for your participation in the Health Panel.
Can I leave Elsevier's Health Panel at any time?
You are under no obligation to stay in Elsevier's Health Panel any longer than you wish to. Each survey that we send will give you an opportunity to unsubscribe, or you can log on to Elsevier's panel website any time to update your preferences or unsubscribe via your profile page.
Is the information I give you safe?
We take your privacy as seriously as you do. All surveys are administered by DJS Research Ltd, an accredited Market Research Society company. We will use your data in accordance with our privacy policy which you can find here.
Who are DJS Research?
DJS Research are a market research company. They are our partners in operating Elsevier's Health Panel website and administering surveys on behalf of Elsevier.
